Client library

The primary functionality for the library is to

1. parse a text configuration for Tempesta FW and xFW

2. prepare and send gRPC messages to the management daemon for FW and xFW (re-)configuration, configuration updates and statuses retrieval

3. receive and process statuses for performed actions or statistics
